With Christmas upon us, the age old argument begins…Ham or Turkey? My favorite is a Slow Cooker Ham that requires minimal time and effort but looks gorgeous on a serving platter. The glaze of brown sugar, maple syrup, and brown mustard makes the outside browned and a little charred which only adds mto the presentation but makes the ham taste incredible!
Ham can be the main dish for many different sides:
- Green Bean Casserole
- Macaroni and Cheese
And any other favorite side you usually serve for the holidays.

Slow Cooker Ham
- 7.5 pound unsliced, bone-in ham
- 1 cup of water
- For the Glaze:
- 1/2 cup of dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- freshly ground pepper to taste
